I finally got the app to work. Here a few things to note: 1. Ensure that you login using your username and not your email, otherwise your Books won't sync. 2. You should allow app notifications, otherwise the app does respond properly. 3. The books don't download as you might have thought. Download in this case just means having access to books when you are offline. Overall, I'm satisfied with the app after I've learned the ropes.

As an independent voluntary tutor to struggling learners I have been using this app for a few years now. 99.8% of subject-based books have been available through Snapplify. I wished I had known about this app a decade ago...it would have saved my having to lug heavy textbooks around. The staff are the most professional, polite, and patient Team I have ever dealt with. Responses are prompt and on target. No problem or hiccough is ever left unsolved! The Snapply Team are to be highly commended!

Thanks for the update. But unfortunately, even more unresponsive than before. Lag when scrolling is better. But can't select anything. Have to force close the app. I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra. Android 14 EDIT: Clean install fixed the issue. Thank you.

The application freezes like nobody's business with all the other applications inactive on my phone , can't even log out or refresh it, I was able to open the book once and never again! I wish I just bought a hard copy than ebook.

I am experiencing difficulty with this app since this morning. Overall I am amazed by the app and have enjoyed using it for nearly two years. Is their a way to assist with the problem? It does not respond at all. I cannot even open the home page.

Updated Review: The Snapplify team contacted me to resolve my application issue with page numbers. Thank you for the professionalism! Initial Review I'm using the application on my laptop. The highlighter often does not work. In addition, the application does not keep track of the page you are on. It replaces the page number with the word "cover" and takes you back to the start of the book. I have to manually write down page numbers to read the book in order. It's quite frustrating.
