The app stutters and crashes regularly. The content is fantastic but sadly that doesn't matter if you can't access it. If possible, let us download videos ahead of time.

I really want to use this app as I'm a personal trainer and you have placed a swing fitness in my local park which is perfect but the app just keeps on crashing and logging me out, please fix this.

Took ages for it to work and get past agreeing the terms. Can't sign in with Google. Then I got to the price: £1 to unlock and 10p per minute. Far too expensive.
