Update: Android issue and finally found a work around. Supernatural was the primary issue I had, but it wasn't their issue. I do love the app and what it has to offer in addition to the workout. The app was useful until it wasn't. In November it refused to update. I tried reinstalling and it refuses to install. This makes it impossible to sync my watch and get HR data. This was a spotty at best feature before. Now, completely unusable app.

This phone app is horrendous. You can't search the same way you can on the quest, it takes forever to synch info from your workouts and now when I save a workout to my list I can't even see it unless I go on the app on the quest. So I can't reorganize them ahead of time to 'schedule' my workouts. Pretty useless app in my opinion.

this app along is worth the prices of a meta quest 3s. It's sooooo good. I can't begin to stress how much I love this product. While I give it 5/5 stars. The only feedback I want to give is. Can you lay off the motivational affirmations a bit on the trainer scripts. Trainers are great, and I really like some of the dialogue. I.E actionable things like, "hook, cross, squat jab". It's some of the "Just want you to recognize you being here *insert more affirmation*" That stuff gets old fast.

Doesn't work. The so will show green lights day the phone and watch are connected and then the workout alerts me that my HR isn't being tracked. S22 Ultra and Samsung Watch 5. Setting up a custom workout for boxing and batons in Samsung Health is much, much better. No worries, no hassles and no missed workout data.

When I'm able to get myself on it, it's very hard to get off. Works everything and since they started the together mode, it's been even better. Wish I was motivated to get on more.

Supernatural is great, but the app has issues: #1: it forgets my login every couple months. This is a problem when starting a workout, often causing me to break my routine and move onto other things. If it's going to forget, then it needs to use passkey or SMS/phone to login without a password, because who remembers their passwords without a password manager? I only run that on the PC. #2: when using a heart rate monitor, the app must be closed to 🛑.

My watch says it's tracking, my phone says it's tracking, my headset says it's linked. Then I do a workout and there is no heart rate data. Useless app.

My wife and I wanted to try this out. Downloaded supernatural to a Quest3. Apparently they require you to use the app to "invite" the second person... but the app just leads to a "page not found" notification when you link to Meta account, so this app basically doesn't work at all. Either fix your app or don't make it a mandatory part of a VR application. At $9.99 a month "the app works at all" is kind of a basic expectation.
