Incredibly bad. It keeps asking to update while I've already done it, and nothing works in general. Please find a better way.

I had a great time at Primavera but one of the highlights was being able to delete this terrible thing from my phone. Sells your data to third-party companies (I received a LOT more spam emails after I had to download it), difficult to use, no help from customer support (didn't even read the message I sent), and a huge step backwards generally. Not everybody wants to use their phone as a ticket, and it should not be the only option. Bring back paper tickets!

This app is not fit for purpose. It has caused us so much stress due to initially being unable to upload our ID. Then we tried to access the app on another device and that has seemed to cause trouble with having access to our tickets at all. It's been a very stressful experience and hopefully we can get into the festival now. :-( :-(

Rubbish app. In order for it to work correctly with the DICE app (to activate a ticket) I had to change my default browser to Chrome (from Firefox). It would have got 1 star but at least customer support were quick to resolve my issue. I can't wait to uninstall this POS app after the festival

To activate tickets purchased in Dice you are supposed to enter and verify your phone number associated with your Dice account. There is nowhere to enter a phone number. There are only 2 buttons: "activate tickets" and "log in". Clicking activate tickets prompts you to take a picture of your tickets which you don't have through Dice. And there's no where to register for an account so you can't log in unless you've already activated your tickets. Catch 22. There is no help, faq or contact. Awful

Useless app doesn't send a verification email, and when trying a different email it shows 'user already exists', with no email for 'recover password' either. edit: finally worked using a different email provider. UI for support hidden behind keyboard, and usability poor.

Imagine having an app called 'AcessTicket' and you can't actually access your ticket! POS software, not fit for purpose. We're now worried we won't get in the festival we've waited 2 years for and spent a grand on. All because this app doesn't work! Won't send a verification sms. Unbelievable

Worst app exists. I can't believe Primavera keeps using it. It took us half an hour to buy the ticket, and by the time we wanted to get in to the festival, it stopped working. We had to go for half an hour until we found technical support that helped us understand where are tickets are. We lost a full concert we wanted to see. Tip: always take screenshots when you buy the tickets and see the QR code
