Overall I really like this app, I love the ability to invite friends, this social aspect is very powerful. Also the automatic exporting to calendar is super convenient and saves me time and energy. I do have a problem paying with Google Pay, it just opens the Google Wallet app but doesn't use it to pay. Also I'm confused why the app lets you add a credit card in "Payment Options". Otherwise I have no real complaints, the app has been reliable for me

When something goes wrong like payments. Eversports doesn't take responsability to even try to solve the problem. I really don't recommend Eversports anymore sadly.. I have had several incidents mostly as a studio owner that I had trouble with payments and they didn't even try to find a solution. Now I just got an email from a customer that got the same 'I won't take responsibility for the problem' answer. This is concerning payments and money of someone else... really sad I have to write this..

Dear developers team, with the newer version I always have to choose and select the membership and payment method. I go to the same gym, with the same payment method every time. It requires 10 clicks for me to book a single session... repeating this for 5 times a week. This was even better in old versions of the app. The UX needs some refinement and testing from my perspective, such as: Booking one more more slots at a time... waitkng list mgmt... etc

Sorry, the app needs an update, it's very frustrating. For example, I'm searching for *online* classes, so the location isn't important. I don't care if the trainer is in Berlin or Amsterdam or down the street from me. But I'm limited to searching for classes in a very narrow selection of locations and cannot filter for online offers. I think the service in general is excellent and it works much better on the PC, but the app is just one step above a beta version, imo.

Update June2024: Still very bad app, I constantly have to uninstall/reinstall it to be able to book my classes on time. Not handy at all! So many errors all the time. I have trouble booking a class, and have missed spots many times due to this. Extremely annoying!

While useful, this app basically doesn't work unless you're on wifi for some reason. It's just unavailable to load minimal information and it's frustrating to no end. Also, making it so the ability to sign up is seven days from the class is mildly annoying. If it's a class you like to routinely take, yet you are currently in it when the next week's sign up starts you miss your chance. Should be set for AFTER the class ends, not when it starts, making it more fair.

I use the app only for booking classes in my gym resp. cancelling my bookings. The user interfaces is awful. There is basically no search function. My primary use cases would be "show me all Les Mills Core (or whatever class I'm looking for) this week" and "what classes are offered Tuesday evening", then select one, book it and automatically add it to my calendar. Instead, I have to scroll through the whole week to find a specific class. When I have scrolled down, I don't see anymore ...

Basic features like changing one's password or unfavoriting venues are hidden/absent. The organization of everything by venue makes it impossible to get the thing one would care about: a calendar with all the classes/events that one likes across all their favorite venues in a single place (eg, I like the Jivamukti OPEN class with teacher Kali from the studio on Gärtnerplatz, but I don't care about their other classes, and I also like the heated Vinyasa classes at Yoga Station. I don't care about the other stuff happening in these places, and I would really like to have an always up-to-date view of the schedule for all these classes in a single place, instead of having to do that aggregation manually myself. Value is especially low for studios that don't even let you book or purchase anything through the app...
