I've been with Felix mobile for 3 or more years. The service has been acceptable, up until this year where for whatever reason twice my signal will drop to nothing for days at a time. I don't have wifi so this was very frustrating and now to go along with it the app no longer works for me? It just infinitely loads at the log in. I've deleted and re-downloaded but no difference. Now I can't even check my data usage or contact help and I have no answer to where my signal went for days at a time :c

Honestly, I don't know why the ratings are low. I've been on felix mobile for some time now and everything seems solid. The mobile plan options are limited but are great value for money compared to most other telco out there when I was shopping around. The app itself is more modern-looking and stable, compared to my experience with Telstra's app, with all the essential info & settings being easy to find. Very straight-forward. All the eco benefits are interesting bonuses too.

newest version of the app doesn't work at all. I had to install a stable version from several iterations before. also my SIM card got ripped to shreds ...I've only taken it out of the phone 3/4 times and the SIM has been demolished. luckily you guys put a priority on replacements. thanks for that part at least

I have been using Felix for a while and was generally happy with it. Lately I find the service standard has gone down. I am travelling in the UK with international roaming and when I receive calls it cuts out soon after answering. Tried many times to message Felix with no success. It was impossible to communicate with someone at Felix. Only automated service going in circles in a loop. Wasted time and money.

Great price, great idea, but runs through Vodaphones network which is abysmal. Constant outages, awful coverage just ruins this service. Currently waiting for a rather important call but I've got no service. Wouldn't recommend. The app works fine for me.

Please use Telstra or Optus network. Appreciate Felix for the affordable unlimited data, but the signal is weak and often unusable in town, then none at all outside city centres when everyone around me has normal signal on Telstra and Optus. Even in town, my calls drop out every 5 minutes.

the app doesn't allow you to talk to real people. "if we can't find the answer, I'll connect you with a human." will loop you back to the previous question no matter what you ask. no wonder they don't have their contact details provided to call them directly.... I will change my rating if things improve, but as a new customer this isn't good enough.

so after spending an hour trying to fix a problem that shouldnt even exist, still on square one. Great start to the day. Have to wait for customer service, looks like Ive just lost my account. Is this a scheme? btw still somehow the best service to use in Aus, Crazzzzyyyyyy
