I tried to use to this app for texting, but had to switch back and will be uninstalling it from my phone. I struggled to find new and unread messages, they don't appear at the top, and I'm not sure how a thread is flagged that has unread messages. I found it very hard to find new unread messages. There isn't a way to pin numbers to the top. 98% of my messages are with the same group and I like to have their thread at the top of the list. Search is also horrible and just spins forever.

I downloaded the app and even paid for the subscription to get rid of the ADS. However, it freezes on me all the time, And it takes up to a minute, sometimes to even open up a message. I like that. You can customize this even though I wish they would have some lighter backgrounds But I feel like I wasted my money due to it freezing all the time.

BAD. I installed this app because Message+ on Verizon is going away next month, and this google app that they referred me to is nothing but ads. VERY annoying. The format is also very tiny, but I didn't even take time to play around with the settings because an ad pops up every time you change screens and in the middle of your texts.

Way too much going on here for a text messaging app...bloated. And then nag to purchase bloated "features" ... Apps with ads can never ever replace system apps, doesn't give off any good quality vibes. The Google messages app may not have 9001 options.. but it's adfree. The UI is clean/sleek with Google's messages. Not trying to be a deck but this is what iOS people point out when calling our apps cheap-looking, convoluted, unnecessarily complex. At the end of the day, it's all about ads for me.

This app is fairly straightforward and easy to use. Although I would like to suggest maybe an easier navigational layout for voiceover/screen reader users. Or maybe if just the labels for the different sections were more clearly labeled and easier to understand what section it is, and which categories full under that section. You should give users the opportunity to arrange the menus and settings in the order that most easily suits them.

Sux. It used to be a lot more fun. Now ads or having to pay $33 a year to delete them is ruining it. Totally totally sux. I understand Google needs the money, yeah, right! Corporate freaking greed.There is no benefit to the customer at all with these ridiculous changes. Thanks a lot, Google, for ruining a great, ad free app. Listen to your customers for once and get rid of the annoying ads.

My messages are going through and coming in but I get alerts after every one saying that it's not delivered. Kind of annoying. Everything else is awesome. I had message plus, Verizon. And I love that I could custom color things, Google messages suck. Get that bug fixed and id be 100 with this app!

It's a decent text app but my previous app I could send pictures and such but not on this app so it's not as good as what came with the phone that they warned me would stop working after this month! Also, I no longer sync with the windows link to send text via my computer? It shows old text but nothing in the last month??
