The app doesn't work abroad properly. Just been in Istanbul, not working, no matter how I tried, WiFi or cell connection, with VPN , without VPN. Now in EU, same issue. What is the point of having an app when it is not working when you need it. can't see my balance, internet roaming balance??? Not working on WiFi, nor is it working on cell network internet. Very sad that the oldest cell phone operator in Azerbaijan is not caring about customers to this point.

The application doesn't work abroad. Can't control your number. Call center says it's intentional. The reason- unknown. Even in-country doesn't work properly, timeless spinning circles instead of application. Too pity.

Bugs.... -After some time loosing all numbers on aplication. Then again needs to add one by one. -Not possible save name of mobile number for easy recognition. Previous one ( menim backcellim) was much better.

Fix your bloody app. The only shittier application I have seen is some spinoff emulator for PS2. Fix your billing servers, they are slow af. Application shows debt even though billing already accepted the money and unblocked my network. Fix the bugs.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the Bakcell app on my Samsung A50. The app keeps shutting down automatically, even after updating to the latest version and clearing the cache. This problem is affecting my ability to use the app effectively.

The app has been great until after a recent update I was not able to open the app so I deleted it and installed it again but now when I try to write my phone number it tries to load then kicks me out.

After the last update, the app stopped working. Not possible to login at all. Keeps throwing "Try Again" error.

The app is very good, but some tariff reneweal date has been changed. Some has changed to 5 days, some 15 and most 28 days. I am keeping 5 stars because my tariff is perfect and reneweal date is monthly it would be perfect if they changed dates to monthly
