I installed the app just to check the remaining data balance on my prepaid card. Unfortunately, the app requires that I set up an account, and as part of that process it asks for my country. I happen to be traveling from the U.S. to Spain, and neither country shows up in the app's list of countries. So the app is completely useless to me.

I have never been more frustrated with an app, nor has an app ever brought me so close to tears. I only joined this network less than a month ago, I'm updating everything to my new Lebara number and when I try and use the app and log in, all I get is "network request failed". Then when it does work I get "incorrect password". Reset password "network request failed". Reset my password and try and log in "incorrect password". Makes me regret leaving giffgaff.

16/10/24, I noticed app no longer works, shows some notification info, then locks & won't allow access? Have tried uninstall, reinstall several times, No change! Sent reports via emails, No change! I'm assuming problem is a result of update of 11/10/24? Can you please get what was a reasonable App to work again. I'm fed up with having to use the Web each time. Or can someone at least have the courtesy to come back to me?

Freezes when starting. All I see is the blue Lebara start page. Cleared the cache, noticed that the battery usage is very high at 12%. Same problem. Cleared all data which of course takes me to the setup screen the next time I run it. Uninstalled the app, problem solved.

Pay as you go SIM. They have a good variety of plans which also give international minutes to a couple of countries so it's very convenient. The coverage is mostly good across England so no complaints there. Have been with them for some time (more than 3 years) and have been quite happy with their services.

All good so far. I changed providers from Three to Lebara due to being in Glasgow and was unable to get a 4g signal at all with Three, whereas my friend on Lebara had a great signal. So, now I'm with Lebara which so far has been great. The app is easy to use and the signal is great. I'm happy.

Good experience throughout with my Labara SIM card. I think the service is excellent and have had no problems whatsoever, I have used three or four different SIM cards over the years and never a problem, even changing the SIM or the numbers.

This app is useless for tracking my data usage. My data consumption doesn't match that shown in my phone's settings menu, at one point mid billing cycle the amount it said I'd used went down rather than up and also the total amount shown does not match up with the itemized list of data usage. I have no idea whether or not I'll be charged extra if this system decides I've exceeded my monthly data usage but I don't trust the numbers it's generating at all.
