Had to uninstall and reinstall to avoid constant crashes. Can't access WhatsApp images directly, need to make screenshots first before I can use them on a postcard. In the other hand, cards look good and always arrive on time.

Good but not to the end. Setting up the postal card, pictures and so on works perfectly. But what a hell when it is time to pay. 9 syntax errors (problem with a traceback?), and finally when payment page is loaded : logos of the options to pay disappear. The payment step should be easy to use, modern, fast and ibspire trust and it is none of them. Too bad, 4he idea of the app is good though.

The app is total garbage. If you try to go back it deletes the card, if you try to modify a photo in the app it disappears, and it never recognises addresses - meaning you'll put the address in and it'll say "This address is not recognised", and will then propose an alternative address which is, err ***exactly*** the same. Moreover it doesn't keep a record of sent cards so can you can modify and send basically the same one several times. Finally, it is dreadfully sluggish - and sometimes you have to press a button several times for it to work; in the "add address" part this results in it adding the same address several times when it finally reacts. The only thing that makes this embarrassingly painful app worth using is that the final product - the actual postcards - are really very nice and are of good quality and shipped and received quickly.

App was upgraded recently, smoother user experience but still major edit limitations. For example if your source picture is 9/16 it will be automatically cropped to the postcard format 3/2. No way to keep the original ratio with increased white space on top/bottow. Another issue: the picture library displayed by default is the one on the phone. If you have your save your pictures on the phone sd card you need to select the camera icon to access your main picture folder, this is not intuitive.

This app allows you to send nice post cards. But the process of doing it with this abomination of a bug-ridden app will cost you your soul. It doesn't save your settings, doesn't always allow you to undo editing choices, and makes you constantly start over from scratch. If you're sending one card to a lot of addresses... Expect pain. A lot of pain.

The app used to be very useful as I live overseas and can send postcards to my family. Although that has changed dramatically! The text size changes through me writing mid-sentence to small. Very disappointing and frustrating. Especially as my family are all getting on in age and cannot decipher the small font. Neither can I for that matter. It doesn't even desrve a one star, get it sorted Bpost!

This app allows me to send tangible, personalized postcards to friends and family while abroad. So I definitely love that aspect. It's very user friendly, and comes with the necessary bells and whistles. However the app does crash every now and then while editing your postcard. Especially while trying to import an address directly from your contacts, so that can use some improvement for sure.

They could have added more decorative implementation and fontstyles as it's very limited. But it's very simple and easy app to use. It's also very nice of them to promote 2 free cards for time like COVID. They can improve their UI & UX design when it comes to editing the pictures as a lot of things are not only limited but also how user access the app is not so user-friendly.
