So far very problematic. App seems to be present on phone. Phone is mentioned on laptop as installed device. But then what? I can't log in. Scroll to "useful features"? I don't have that in my Settings. New phone? So nothing is possible: no access to documents, KU Leuven email, choosing courses,... And this right after having paid a significant subscription fee. And the fact that the average rating is 1.2 is hardly encouraging. Hopefully the Helpdesk will be more functional than the app.

Very annoying way of connecting to Toledo. It is not normal that I am not able to access Toledo if my phone breaks; it is summer and of course IT services are closed. On top of that I missed the deadline to register for exams as i could not access the authenticator.... i dont think this is normal, not being able to access Toledo important options without a phone.....

When I tap the notification, it opens in a floating window, so not all numbers are visible

By far the worst, non-functional buggy mess of a software program I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to use. I recently got a new phone, and it is impossible to register it because every time I try, it tells me the app isn't installed (when it clearly bloody is). And that only adds to the frustrations I had even on my previous device. Multiple login attempts are required every time because the app just refuses to function properly, login prompts just not arriving, to name a few.

There are a lot of bugs need to be covered yet. The two most imprtant ones are : - Authentication on the same device is not well implemented. In my case, it roughly works once per 3 tries. - Login in another device is more smooth, but there are yet high number failed authentications.

The app popups don't work half the time, plus the session expires instantly after closing the tab which is just completely unnecessary. I am a fan of 2fa when it's not implemented horribly like in this case. It's clear the developers never had their actual users in mind when making this the only 2fa method possible for login.

Disruptive app. I'd rather have mandatory hardware-level security than this. MFA on mobile forces you to keep your smartphone close when studying. It also is rather cumbersome to have to login twice like this, more if you're not active enough. The mail server and Toledo server don't share a single login, so even something like Google authenticator would have worked better. I think the only ones who think forcing this app down everyone's throat was a good idea are the creators themselves...

App is absolute garbage. This app does not work on most samsungs, let alone older devices. Unable to do anything for school because of this, even for getting in touch with ICT i need to use this app to get in my school mail. Terrible.
