badgernotes has clearly been designed for a web browser rather than a phone app, and as a result the app version is clunky and doesn't always work well. I've been locked out on multiple occasions where I need to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working. Other issues include not being able to click on the links that are in the notifications, and whilst I recieve notifications regularly about midwife appts I don't get any notification of other appts (such as vaccinations).

This app is terrible, the design and layout is rubbish because of this it's hard to navigate, it takes forever to load. If I go to appointments it's just blank. I can't stress how much I dislike this app, I think it's more or less useless and I would not use it by choice.

First time using as a patient, but I'm also a midwife (1st time using as patient). Absolutely appalled. I will be complaining to my hospital because this is unsafe. It keeps freezing and closing. Cannot access trust info leaflets. This is important health information I and other patients need to be able access. Some might seek other less reliable sources of info due to this. Badgernet should be ashamed of offering such a poor service for such vital care. I have a new phone, it's not my end.

This app is awful, it hardly ever loads it just circles. When it does load half the time ita logged me our fully and I have to go from password. Twice I've had to uninstall and reinstall. It's so frustrating my appointments are on there and most of the time I can't view them and they aren't sent to me any other way. Far far far to unreliable for a health care app.

The amount of times it logs me out and the amount of times I just come out of the app without intending to, because I press the back button on my phone and not the one at the top is infuriating. It's incredibly slow. I hate the fact that I need to put the pin if I change between apps, the bank app asks for less log ins than this app. It's not user friendly. It's an effort and it puts me off from using it. Also, I dislike that I cannot contact midwife immediately.

The app is terrible. It takes ages to log in or change a page, impossible to use without internet connection. And the most important, won't let you see your medical records, only curated subset, no scan results, copy-pasted records can't be corrected, wrong information can't be corrected, can't see birth plan uploaded, nothing. Oh amd GROW chart of a size of a stamp that can't be zoomed in.

Good idea but not working properly yet and potentially dangerously inaccessible in an emergency. The checkup and scan info is barely ever updated and it's hit and miss as to what goes on there. There's a whole section that suggests you can have a 'conversation' with your midwifery team via but no-one has ever read or responded to anything. It doesn't seem to work at all without a decent WiFi connect - surely something medical should have an online mode? - and often logs me out completely.

When it works I've found this helpful but after a month or so, I've found for the past week that every time I try to access it, it won't let me log in due to an 'unexpected error'. There are no contact details for a technical person to help gain access to it. So this is a bit of a shout for assistance to anyone monitoring the feedback.
