The problem is you don't tell your customers like FIDO and ROGERS how to use it. They give me the link to download and if it doesn't run in the chrome browser (eg either no supported version or other app overlay issue on Android) and the end-customer is pretty much lost because Fido or Rogers don't know what to do. Then by accident I get here to download the app but the app asking for the pin number and again Fido and Rogers are clueless .. the pin is part of the link they initially sent.

Its okay, but there is no way to flip the camera around to use the selfie camera instead of the main camera. The live agent I was chatting to wanted to see my face to verify my identity, but I had to keep flipping the phone around to let her see me, then flip it back so I could see her. Very annoying it has no way to flip between the front and back cameras like the many social media video APPs can..
