TERRIBLE! Very poorly designed app. Instead of just showing available classes, you have to scroll through hundreds of fully booked ones to find ones with spaces. Then each time you book a class, the app sends you right back to the start of the list to scroll through hundreds more full classes! Completely idiotic design. Why not just show a shorter list of available classes instead of wasting your clients' time?

App doesn't work. It always starts by giving me a "Oops something went wrong" message but doesn't say what went wrong. Most of the time I just get the circle of doom. Can't access the booking system, can only sometimes access my membership details, and just now I clicked on the "I'm thinking of leaving" button and it just sat there with the circle of doom going round again. The app is up to date as is my phone. The amount the club charges and it is part of a billion dollar company, it should work

App is really poor - so many bugs! It doesn't record my visits or add my classes on to my Google calendar any more. The body tracker section is awful! I have to take a picture of the Body Hub dashboard on my phone and track it on paper as the app functionality does not help with measuring progress. Please fix - we pay a lot for our memberships and having such a poor app is not acceptable at all.

App has never worked,it always says try again later on login. I have removed and downloaded again multiple times, changed password just as many times and written to the help desk email address without receiving a reply. All round useless. Six years later and here I am again complaining of the same problem. Worst app on the app store.

Apps really buggy. When I downloaded and set up, it was great but these past few days have been pretty poor. "Oops, something went wrong" is constantly coming up. Even when I un and reinstalled the app, same thing sadly. Given they push you to do everything on the app, it's pretty poor.

The app is ok for the basics, like checking timetables and booking classes. The food ordering section is a bit hit and miss - I've only successfully ordered once and usually give up and go to the counter. I can't use Chromecast with the On Demand videos - it connects to my TV then just hangs.

Same problem. It always starts by giving me a "Oops something went wrong" message but doesn't say what went wrong. Most of the time I just get the circle of doom. Can't access the booking system, can only sometimes access my membership details. Cleared all data uninstalled reinstalled same problem. No other apps cause me grief.

the app looks like it's down for two days now, has oppps something went wrong multiple window popping up, can't book my classes, can't get into my schedule to cancel a class... it's bad, you have to fix this. *still not working *another day passed, still not working, can't book any classes or see my previously booked classes
