The app almost never works and by “never,” I mean truly never functions as expected. It doesn’t refresh my vehicle info reliably. Each time I open it, the battery life, range, and other data are outdated or missing. The remote climate control feature fails constantly. I have to try at least 3 times before it maybe works, and even then, I often get a variety of error messages. I cannot start the car remotely through the app it fails every time. The vehicle location feature also doesn’t work

I've had my AcuraEV for less than a month & this app is by far the absolute worst, making me almost regret my purchase entirely. Works when it feels like it, no matter how strong or weak of a signal you have nor your proximity to your vehicle. Yes, I've updated the app, no AcuraLink isn't needed & no, the Acura/OnStar reps aren't helpful. They're always out to lunch...

Acura needs to really update/upgrade this app. It's concept is great but functionality is garbage. Very minimal options to it that don't work all the time. First, registering my car to the app was an absolute pain and I was not fond of having sit in my car and call OnStar to register it. Who even uses OnStar anymore?? Second, using the app is more annoying than useful. It takes at least a minute to update the car's status and setting the temperature works 50% at best. Do better Acura.

This is probably the worst app I've ever experienced. I've had my zdx for two weeks and have only been able to connect once. Hyundai has a better app, that's embarrassing. The app itself doesn't really seem to offer a lot either besides baseline functionality compared to what I was able to do with Tesla or even Hyundai. Hyundai is putting you to shame. That's terrible. Not a good experience for my first Acura.

An abysmal failure of an App and Company. This is my update: App updated 4/2025 and wouldn't open. Uninstall, install. "Try again later," connection to the car fails. Again ... and Again... I don't mind the teething problems with the car so much, but not having a working app is further souring me on Acura (not that ZDX windshield trim spontaneously departing the car @ 65 mph is a plus. Or my MDX needing a crankshaft was a plus). It will take a lot of discounting and great vehicles to recover

The app doesn't work. I have been trying to set it up for over 2 weeks. I have installed and un-installed the app over 6 times. I also tried it on both Android and IT'S platforms and neither works. Acura should be embarrassed that they released an app that doesn't work. Customers deserve better. Further, I never receive any updates from customer service. I always have to call them.

As a loyal Acura customer for nearly 20 years, I have encountered significant issues that have severely impacted my user experience. The app's performance is unacceptable, with loading times exceeding 5 minutes. Even when it does load, I frequently encounter errors when attempting to use basic functions like remotely warming up my vehicle. These persistent problems have rendered the app essentially unusable, forcing me to abandon it altogether. Acura should be ashamed. Might be my last Acura.

I have had my ZDX for over 3 months and I still cant log into the app. I have called and spoken to people at least 10 times and they keep telling me the app is working fine. Every time I try to log in, it says the legal docs have not been signed try again. I have reinstalled it over 10 times and I still have the same issue. Had I have known this was going to happen I would not have bought this car. It is a huge flaw with their IT team, one they will not fix.
