I was starting to think this was actually working but now for whatever reason it only charges for an hour or so and then it stops no matter if it's on smart or regular or boost (not nice to wake up in the morning and have 10% battery). I'm growing tired of writing to the customer service for issues. Very disappointed. The second star is there because it's easy to use.

Poor app from my experience although I'm sure some of the issues are caused by the Waev charger I have too. First of all, I don't have an option to remove cars. Secondly,I can't add a second account to the house as it doesn't find my charger. Third, the smart features are limited compared to other apps I've used so I don't bother with them. Four, app states charger is offline but it isn't. Fifth,it hangs a lot and just shows a loading circle. Sixth,support is poor too.

Since the last maintenance update I have now been logged out of the app. Subsequently, I cannot log in or click forgotten my password. Just what I need when I have 5% battery and a long trip ahead tomorrow. The charger is locked so I know it's not going to charge tonight

Still needs an option to manually set times I want to charge because it fails far too often when it's meant it be getting rates from my supplier. I'm quite capable of checking my Octopus app an seeing when the best rates are and not leaving it to chance with this "smart" app. OH LOOK ANOTHER NIGHT WHERE MY CAR HASN'T CHARGED! WHEN I'M GETTING CHARGE RATES OF BELOW 2P ON AGILE OCTOPUS. NOW GONNA HAVE TO GO TO A CHARGER IN TOWN AND PAY THROUGH THE NOSE. CHEERS! 😡

If you want to wake up one day and find your car NOT charged, this is the app you should get. It will stop charging randomly even after turning the smart charger off. Believe me, you will sleep easier knowing you don't have to worry about your car being charged.

A good app, let down by limited features and poor support (which you have to use for missing features). Once you've added a car, you can't modify it, or even remove it without contacting support. I've had an issue with a connected car for 2 weeks. Each email to support takes days for them to respond to.

Very poor unfortunately. Can't use smart charging as my app only lists US providers. Contacted support who said my account is correctly set to the UK, provided screenshots that confirm I cannot set up Octopus or any other UK based providers and sent several emails without any response whatsoever. As a consequence my charger lacks any smart features at all. At some stage I'll just pay to replace my perfectly good charger just to get away from ev.energy.

I have paired my vehicle multiple times and it keeps saying I need to pair it. Can't use it if it won't recognize that it's paired!
