Useless app. Needs updating, can't connect with other apps, takes a long time to get to a result, which is the opposite of a good app. A good app should spare time, be user friendly, easy to use, fast. None of these. Update: after waiting a long time for the app to update, then waiting for the app to accept my new card, I get (1 day after!!!) a notification about unsuccesful payment and restriction of the account! Is this not the definition of a s...y app?!!?

I paid for the parking through the Aimo app and it showed in the app that I had payed for 24hrs. Despite that I got a fine for non-payment of parking. I checked with my bank account, and the parking charging firm, running this app, had withdrawn the parking fee as usual and received their due payment. Now I have to fight them for their illegitimate 20-times markup. Annoying! 🤮😵😡

Much more difficult app than others plus a 0.5 € service fee... Unnecessarily difficult to get started with as well as setting the time. Also. I parked less than 4 minutes and had to pay 2 € where the other app would charge me 0.3 € on a neighboring street.

Takes a long time to install and verify your email. It has a lot of pop ups that cover the whole screen and won't let you navigate properly. When I want to type in the registration number to add a new car it flickers and deletes everything again if I'm not quick enough. Even if the first hour is free they still charge a service fee to use the app each time you park. Terrible alternative to Parkster which operated my chosen location before. I'm definitely going to avoid any place that uses aimo.

Worse parking app I ever downloaded. Super complicated:I needed several "authentication sms", it never asked the car license, I payed but it didnt registered it, debitcard was the only payment method... in summary, it just doesnt work.

a service fee of 4.95 SEK for every single parking is way too much. often I park for 10/15 minutes which itself costs 2/3 SEK but I must pay 4.95 SEK service fee. and there is no parking machine as only mobile payment is available. this must stop.

I would advise everyone but especially tourists against the aimo parking app and their own parking garages. Although I paid properly, I was charged 1200 crowns. Despite objection and proof (I received invoices by e-mail), the company insists on its demands. I would like to share another experience: I have never had any problems with EasyPark.

Everytime I park somewhere that is aimo park, I need to gather some energy to open that app again. Sloooow, unintuitive, many clicks and waits. Ok it does not crash and in the end of the struggle I get a successful parking which feels like a reward in the end because it was so hard to get there.
