Was asked to download the updated version of air selangor app. After downloading the updated version, I was asked to log on. I tried numerous times but failed. Was asked to register, but there is no icon for register. Clicked "forgot password" using both "mobile phone" and "email" methods, it said "new password sent to xxxx" but the mobile number and email address are not mine. Please take a good look at your updated version. Something wrong. It's worse than the previous app.

Everything is fine with the apps but wondering why there is no option to use TNG and Credit/ Debit payment mode. Can you please upgrade your payment system ASAP!. This feedback has been posted since beginning of this year and nothing is done yet so far. Really disappointed

Lousy app. Forcing u to switch to ebill. Or they don't allow you to add new acc anymore. They never think of situation where tenants/parents need physical bill in the house, while landlord/kids need convenience of viewing in apps. Typical gomen apps. Don't have critical thinking skills.

Upon login requested, there is only 2 option, download and ok. I choose ok, the login did nothing and we're back to guest mode. It works fine previously and i could see my usage pattern, now not anymore cause it sort of force me to download new app. So i dowloaded it. Unfortunately the new app suggested (downloading apk) says my phone is not on default although I have no problem installing other apps. My Android is 13. So im stuck. I want the old one to work when login.

The payment via jompay is not captured twice in a year, called contact centre the agent asked me to write to them with proof of payment. The agent called that there is no sign of payment made even after I show the maybank statement. Total bill of approximately RM80 is missing.

The most rubbish app and company. Complained low water pressure many times just close the report without rectify. Only the billing n payment works, the rest is rubbish

Kindly improve your system.. online application supposed to be helpful not annoying and so complicated.i have been applied for change of ownership More than 10 times always rejected.then I walk in and did the same thing it's approved immediately. see your application level..so annoying nd unhelpful.pls grow up !!!!

What a nice for new UI experience, good feature to add extreme long waiting time switching between bills and timeout payment page. Useless app that cannot even make payment.
