My account had 250+ points that I was saving for my next visit to redeem, and they were all gone after the update. Some of the points weren't supposed to expire until August.

App says my s24 ultra failed the compatibility test and my phone has likely been tampered with, therefore the app doesn't work on my NEW phone. Previously had this app on my s22 ultra too and it would show the same message but if I quit the app and restarted it, it'd start working again. But on my new phone it just plain doesn't work anymore. The message is annoying too. Like, what's up with that second line? And, why can't they just get the app right if they want customers to engage with it?!

Sent an email on 8/9/24 in regards to the recent verification error on the app. As of 8/13, there is still no response. Tried logging in from a separate device to no avail. At the very least, perhaps offer an alternative method of redeeming or earning points, such as proving a phone number + web version of the rewards program.

The latest update killed this app. I enjoy this restaurant and thought the app was a nice feature to add points for a few small perks. Now it just says my device is probably corrupted and closes. I un-installed and re-installed but it didn't make a difference. Naturally I didn't know about this bug until I was about to pay the bill. Just annoying 😑

Ever since I updated the app, i'm unable to sign in or reset my password. With the announcement of the existing reward points being terminated before a certain date, this only benefits the company. Furthermore, the faq providing an email to customer service is useless as they do not respond. The password reset function is useless.

This app used to be a functional one that I could launch. Now it just keeps warning that it's compromised and I know I'm not the only one. How am I supposed to redeem points if it doesn't work? At this point, it just feels like bloatware on my phone which sucks bc I love going to gyu-kaku and using/gaining points. But now I can't do that if it won't even let me past the launch page.

When the app loads, it works great. But sometimes, it doesn't load at all and stays on the intro screen. It was working when I tried to make reservations and then stopped when I wanted to scan my receipt. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.

I first used the app after going to the Edmonton Gyu-kaku location for my birthday. Worked fine and gained a pile of points. When I went to use it for the Lunar New year the app was frozen and would not load. I was unable to use my points (over 500) or scan my receipt. I didn't realize the points on receipts expired after 48hrs so now I'll lose the $110 worth of points from my 2nd meal. I just saw an ad for another special today but these issues give me pause to going again.
