3. Choose the food category, then the meal from the category selected, followed by your choice of “Regular” or “Spicy” then the quantity desired.
4. After picking your desired meals, click on the red “Confirm Order” to continue
5. Create a new account or sign in
5. Enter your credit card details and complete your payment. Make sure to type your name the way it appears on the card.
6. You will receive push notifications confirming your order and with real-time status updates as we prepare your food and bring it to you.

I am trying to register since more than a month, I enter all the required details, then it sends me to phone number confirmation, but it doesn't send any messages. Tried to call the customer services, they never picked up the calls.

I paid for it using my Visa card, but the app is saying they are still verifying my payment, even though my bank shows the charge has been deducted. They also keep on dropping your call. Garbage experience.

Ordering online has basically no advantages. The app shows that the order is ready, but you still have to get inside and print a paper and wait for 15 min, And through the process you will have to fight your way in a very unorganised way.

No app support or phone support. I cannot add my credit card or debit card shows there is a problem but the cards work in their outlets. So I uninstalled the useless the app

I hate the app order service. I ordered and reached location. There were 20 people. Those got te order and left. Still 20-30 came and took te order. But I was still asked to wait as the time showing on app didnt reach. Despite waiting for 30 min, my phone battery got dead which I kept screenshot in other mobile, which they again refused to accept. I think the technical team needs to learn the basic sorting feature in their app, which they might have skip the classes during their education.

Extremely bad experience to order online! Rather it's quicker to order in store and collect order within 15 minutes as an average. I placed order online, payment was deducted but the app has builtin bug due to which it was unable to check the payment status. When I visited the store then cashier told that app has to be closed and restarted to get payment status updated. It took almost 1 hour to collect order whereas walk-in customers were ordering and picking up their orders within 15 minutes!!

If i could give a 0 i would . I put in a pickup order and payed with card , they withdraw the money then i got a problem in payment massage tried calling customer support. I CALLED 12 TIMES NO ANSWER!! 12 TIMES !! AND EACH CALL WAS A 15 MINUTES WAIT!!! 0 Star , absolutely terrible, the app , the service, the food is not even worth it .
