UPDATE: Reached out. They said un-install / re-install. Fixed connectivity issue for app. Cant say for the website. I've been using this service /app to report results since 2012. But whatever changed in the last couple of weeks, stinks. App won't load to report or order supplies. Website the same even if done on desktop. Can't report, can't order supplies. WHAT GIVES? This stuff is life saving. Why are we messing it up??? 🤬

This app is useless. ive never once in over a year heard from ANYONE regarding out of range results. If I relied on this app my grandmother would probably be dead. Ive updated my contact info every single time I submit results. Ive left messages (white text in white text box makes it extra difficult) Not one call. Then i receive a letter in the mail saying I have not entered results. This app clearly doesn't do anything. This app is a danger to people's health.

App worked fine for a couple years straight. Now, it has many hang-ups, force closes and even after reinstalling, it doesn't allow me to login properly. It also bars me from accessing the app entirely when trying to force close and restart the app myself by crashing instantly upon opening. The only fix for this is to uninstall and reinstall but then it just cycles the same issues.

Basically a decent App, but WHY you never fix the bugs is ridiculous. When you sign on & go to start a health check, every time, the message of Site NOT REDPONDING pop's up. Says close app or wait. This needs to be fixed immediately. It's been going on for over a yr. Would appreciate thus issue being fixed The offices receiving the info we put in have said we get complaints all the time about the glitch error.

My daughter and I tried for an hour or so to get this app set up for me to pay my bill. We were never able to get my password saved even though it met the criteria. We finally gave up. Also don't like that you can never speak to anyone or pay over the phone.

I have never really liked this app. I always, always, always have a difficult time ordering supplies. Now, most recently, I can't see/check my order status. I clicked, and nothing happened.

This app sucks. ACH put no effort into making sure this works correctly. I'm sure the elderly using this app are just confused. If there was a negative 5 stars I'd rate it that.

Can't pay bill on app. I don't pay anything by check, so if you don't fix the app, or have people answer the phone, you won't get my money.
