I ordered a 5-test kit with expedited shipping because I was traveling in two weeks. Despite paying extra, it took ten days to ship. I couldn't reach customer service, and when I did, they said they were out of kits. By the time it arrived, I had already left. I received a message to activate the test by the end of July, but I kept getting an error message. Yesterday, it said I couldn't activate it in this country, even though it was ordered and delivered in the US. I recommend saving your $165

The test took almost an entire MONTH to arrive. By the time it finally did, I had already managed to get in to see an endocrinologist, got multiple tests, results, and treatment started. If you think this will save you time, it WON'T.

WHY did a random test kit come to my mailbox? I just did a test through my PCP. I tried calling and NO ONE ANSWERS. I was on hold over 10 minutes and hung up. Why is this even a thing? Asking for my medical information via my mail order? NOPE.

Consistently getting accurate blood test results without the long waiting time for Dr appts. Excellent customer support and medical follow-up. I am looking forward to them expending testing procedures, eg ApoA, ApoB, insulin etc.

while collecting the blood for my sample was a little nerve-wracking, it was still a fairly simple process, and the results came back quickly. everything about the process seemed well thought out, from the app, to the test itself, then getting the results back. I do think that a small stand to hold the vial should be included in the kit, I ended up holding the vial by wedging it between the box and the inner box that it came in, and that worked well.

I would give this 5 stars, but the app/log-in is basically spyware. I deleted this app *years* ago. I have a new phone, and never re-installed this app. I'm not logged into accounts. I haven't logged into *this* company (either browser or app) in 2 ish years. It is *still* tracking me. Somehow there's cookies (I don't sync my browsers), *every* time I go to clear cookies. So, you know: How much is your privacy worth to you? They track so hard I can't figure how to escape it.

If you are planning to use this option to fullfill travel requirements, please don't do it, while AA is promoting this option test are dated based on "PT timezone", not the location where those were taken. AA agents are not trained to read the footnotes and I almost missed our flight because of the lack cross coordination between companies.

The app is good, the kit arrived on time. The only concern is the pick up of the item, before you guys were collecting it through an post and now the UPS service, which is not a good service at all. I had a very bad experience with the collection with UPS. Please the dev and business team look into the partnership with UPS. Worst experience ever!
