It's been awesome for a year or so..but the last few months has been horrible...constantly offline or crashing...apparently they are trying to set up video links with prisons and I think they've bitten off more than they can chew, so now the whole thing has been taken offline, presumably so they can catch up. I wish they'd just stick to what they know and stop trying to fix stuff that aint broke..1 star on current performance!!

Ameelio is a great way to stay in touch with folks behind the fence. Their customer service is excellent. My only issue is with composing letters in the app on a phone. My workaround is to create the letter in Google Docs on a PC, then open the file on my phone, copy and paste, and hope it fits. I wish Ameelio had a way to compose letters on a PC/Mac.

I love this!! They make it so easy to send things to our loved ones. And at such a low fee honestly if you think about it we have money going through them. If your loved ones are locked up this is the app for you!! It will not disappoint you. Thank you for making this an option and keeping this app updated and available for everyone. I love the app. The price is reasonable and they give you coupons all the times to send q free letter or postcard. It does take a little longer than I like to get to where it's going , but it's a great app.

It is great way to send picture and does't cost people a arm and leg to do it. My son has gotten such enjoyment out of everyone I've sent him. Even when i mess them up. It helps him see hotw much his kids are growing. Thank you for helping people that have made mistakes in there live not pass judgement.

If I could give this app 0 stars I would!!!!! Every postcard that HAS made it to my husband has had big lines going through the pictures. Also, I've contacted customer service 3 times now over a letter and they haven't helped at all. Basically telling me USPS might not have scanned it BUT, it shows an error message. Customer service is BEYOND WORTHLESS. If you have an issue don't expect them to do anything about it!!!!!!!! RUN from this app and use something else!!! Highly Do NOT recommend!!!!!

So the postcard i ordered December 23rd 2024 finally showed up to my boyfriend yesterday January 13, 2025 with NO PICTURES because they were supposedly to big. How is that possible? I only got what was available on the app. So after all this time he didn't even get the pictures. Why is a size available if they can't receive it? So far no customer service at all and I wasted money. Not much money but still I paid for nothing apparently.
