I've spent ages trying to get the camera to connect to this app, but still won't connect. Instructions that came with the camera are in minute printing, so unable to read them. I followed the instructions on how to connect the WiFi from the EBay listing, but the app can't find the camera........ Wish I'd purchased a different camera now...... One that actually has a working app!!!!

The camera (pixgo 4k) and app are absolutely useless. Don't bother, a waste of time. The app seldom connects to the camera. On the rare occasion it does connect, the camera only downloads audio and not video to the phone. The computer can not read the SD card from the camera. Put the SD card in the phone? Don't bother. Audio only again.

Bought my cam set in Mexico so I could use it for snorkeling. It was very confusing and I didn't get a chance to get proper videos when I went to swim with the turtles. Fast forward to months after, I managed to play around with this and even installing this app. All I can say is, such a big waste of money in buying the cam pro and waste of time downloading this app. Don't even bother guys; it's not even syncing nor showing up in your wifi list.

Disappointed. I've been trying to connect the GoPro to my phone. I thought it would be easy, but I have to agree with all the other 1 🌟 peeps because I can't get past the first page with the phone & wifi icons!!. Nothing else comes up to press? 😒 It's a shame as I was looking forward to using it. 😕 Hubby will try to return it. Can anyone from the company help? I pressed on the website below & the help was in Chinese with nowhere to convert to English.

I'm struggling to use this app on my Android phone with a 4K Action Wifi Camera. Most of the app's functions work, though it isn't always obvious how to invoke them. The app tells me that it's copying pictures from the camera to my phone, and it even tells filenames for them. But I can't find where it put the pictures on my phone. They're not in Google Photos, Gallery, Downloads, or File Manager. So where are they?

There are more issues with this goplus cam pro even after following the installation instructions to the letter. 1. won't stay recording when the movement is detected and 2. won't stay connected to the phone using WiFi, 3. unable to download using WiFi. 4. continues to turn off without any buttons being pressed, 5. can't change permissions on the app. definitely would not recommend this product.

Downloaded app to connect to Pro Xtreme sports camera. I get the plain blue screen and tap the wifi icon, which takes me to my list of wifi options. The camera is showing SSID: ActionCam..., and ths choice shows up im list of wifi options. I select this and return to the app screen, and nothing comes up except the original blue screen. I have researched the camera manual (useless) and the internet for guidance on making this work. Shouldn't the app give you more info to let it work?

Doesn't work on two different android phones. When I tap the wifi icon in app a little box that eitther says connecting comes up for about 5s before going back to the app's main screen, or it flashes the screen a bunch before going back to the main screen. And today (day after I first tried) half the time pressing the wifi icon doesn't do anything and the app acts like it's frozen. Tried standing right close to it holding my phone right next to it, as well as from a few feet away.
