First system I had worked great. Got a second system to add cameras as our old one did not have ability to add more. The internal storage stopped working so we paid for cloud service on the most important cameras. Now it's time to renew and all I get is a blank screen. I cannot get in touch with support and now have nothing but live coverage. Definitely time to look for something else with proven support and recording service!!!

Has been a fairly decent app over the years to view cameras. And the cameras have been fairly good quality. I'm not happy with my cameras losing the night vision and having to replace them. I have another camera that stopped working all together. I'm also extremely disappointed with the adds when opening the app. And to remove them I have to pay for cloud storage? Don't need it since I paid to have the HDD storage. I will be looking for different cameras with a better app UX.

The app was fine until this year. It slow to load. I used to be able to watch all footage at any time. Now it skips 5-10 minutes of footage. Updated review June 2024: Can't watch playback. It's not the cameras because I can still watch playback on the monitor. On the app all I can see is live view. App is pretty useless.

Has quite a few bugs. Many times wont open. Many times only 2 or 3 of the cameras come online. UPDATE 8-18-18. App totally stopped working on all of our phones! Absolutely an amateur application. UPDATE 10-1-2018. The app has been updated and thus far, I've seen an improvement. 9-12-19Back to amateur status and worse than ever. NEVER connects anymore. Even when I'm home. Waste of an app. IP and please delete the PRO. It's everything but Pro.

If I could give this app/camera less than 1 star, I definitely would. Since the day I bought it, its given me nothing but issues. With the exception of maybe a week, it worked really well. As soon as the app updated, the operation of it was so terrible. It cuts in and out, freezes practically every 4 minutes. The lag is now worse than before. I don't rely on this app 100% to make sure my child is safe, but when its running through the night its nothing but a nightmare. Not recommended.

the initial setup was fairly easy. it recorded everything just fine. I could go back and watch anything I wanted on the recorded material. Then all of a sudden it wouldn't replay a recorded material. even though it says it was recording, it then tells me that there is no recording when I go back to try and replay old material. you can watch everything live but it will not record every play for you. So it's basically useless now. I wish you guys made a better app!

Numerous more issues after upgrading the app. Waiting period to do anything on the app is ridiculous. Spending a couple hundred, you'd expect convenience and reliability but no. Instead, you get unreliable, inconvenient, inconsistent video viewing experiences. Either make the app more polished or I'll see myself upgrading to a better camera system with "better app support" because selling a product with issues is not what I intended on buying.

I don't think that the problem is with the app, I believe that it's with eseenet servers. Quite often I get "server unavailable" errors, which makes it impossible to view my cameras from any device other than the TV that's hooked directly to the NVR. Edit 8/8/2019. There is still one persistent problem. If I use the app to watch one or more of the cams, the next time I try, some cams wont show in the app, but do still show on the live TV monitor. Must reboot NVR to correct.
