A wide variety of new rides every week, no chance of getting bored! I love Emily's rides, fantastic instructor! Only downside is the app does have a tendency to crash quite often.

Had my apex bike and subscription for a while now and the variety of classes and on going classes continue to get better and better. Works around my busy lifestyle and I can always find a class to keep me motivated and pedaling. The app is easy to use and navigate and the sense of achievement as I rack up those points supports the motivation. Highly recommend to those who ate looking for a in home solution.

great app, great bike, 12 months in and membership going strong! Elliott is the GOAT 🐐we love the different rides with super soundtracks and the app is clean and easy to use!

Unreliable! This is an unreliable app considering the monthly cost. I often find that it simply won't open or won't connect to my bike. It also annoys me that it's missing some very simple features that would improve your fitness journey massively. In particular, the lack of any "ghost" feature, so you can't gauge your progress against the last time you did that particular workout. It's a glaring omission considering the way the points structure works.

I love this app. I am giving four stars because I have to use the other operating system app to connect to my bike, but I like that I can still do classes when I'm on other bikes or away, I just don't get the stats

3 to 1 star edit: I signed up as a non bike user to try the classes before committing to more. The first thing I noticed is how basic the app is and lack of connectivity, and so far I can only login on my phone, if I use my tablet I get a username/password error (both are fine)! I also can't find any of the advertised strength workouts. I see from their company filings that they are not doing well; I'd love to see them succeed, but I have my doubts given how bad the app is and the high price

I have the IOS version but my iPad battery was flat so I decided to download the app to my android phone. Looking at the reviews I feared the worse but it download fine, I logged in fine and my ride went without a glitch. This is my first experience with the android app and all went well. The only thing I couldn't work out was how to link my Strava. So 4/5 and if I use it again and all works well I'll upgrade to 5 stars.
