Please add a feature where we could see a day's time schedule & make a call or appointment accordingly. Now, at the time of data entry after entering all information when we select time & click on the correct sign icon, a popup arises saying 'task overlapping'. If the said feature is added, one could decide at the initial stage, when to align the task. Please do it on priority basis. Otherwise the app is very useful.

One of the innovative ideas in Helloleads is "Access rights for lists". I don't want some of my salespeople to see all the client's details. Once I set the "Access rights", other people cannot see the lead details inside the app. I really loved it and it worked well for me. Thank you, team, for this feature.

I used this at a part time job where there was zero organization or tracking of sales leads / results & this app was a lifesaver. It does a lot so takes a day or so to learn all the bells /whistles but it really is impressive! Easily tracks leads & reminds you when to follow up etc. You can put leads into groups, allow other people in your company to access/update info if you choose; really neat tool.

Please make it such that reminders for appointments pop up as notifications on one's phone instead of being sent to email. Its very inconvenient because its easy to miss email alerts. Other than that I like the app very much. It has really simplified things for me.

Warning!! As of 4/1/21 This app has some major issues! I am unable to open & view quotes via my android devices, I have reset both my phones, updated.. When I choose to view "quote" with intention of sharing to my customer I am unable, the quote just opens, immediately closes!! I cannot share quotes from Android!! It useless! The whole point it's to send from Android! Email integration is not working for office356.. please fix this stuff!!

A good setup with featured layout & requirements. Charges are not reasonable whereas other CRMs offer free & unlimited usage & upto 1 million leads for atleast 3 users for small start ups. There's limitation of only 250 contacts/leads. Specific modification or addition from mobile app is not possible. User interface is good but not smooth & lags very often. Display screen/background is tasteless or colourless. No graphics in background which makes it look quite dull but has quotes & invoice.

i ma in trial run ..liking it. Can you add feature like target set v/s target achieved on say top right of the screen whenever we are viewing leads. This will give a whole new meaning to the experience. An app called salessure is providing this feature. Pls check. thanks.
