We are using the CRM. Call Log feature was working first week but now it does not. Lemmie write the issues here: Kindly note all Call Log settings are on, we call through the phone, Issues: Inconsistences in both automatic call logs and Call prompt feature. When we started, the calls were logging in, after like 1 or 2 weeks the calls log feature hardly works With some devices it works, others it doesn’t STRANGE; When we call and the client does not pick, the prompt pops up

A must have app for a sales person. For the surprise they offer free plan also. In fact, I'm using free plan. Highly satisfied and an essential app. So we are upgrading to paid plan shortly for more users. But free plan is also fully functional with limited users.

Notes added, either on desktop or in the app, are not displayed in the app. I need to be able to see notes while on the road. Fix this, please, and soon.

When it used to work, it was okay for things like tasks and quick lookups, now it just crashes.

Guys, there is a bug for IOS. Every time I try to download it, this shows 'purchased' and nothing happens, I have tried many times, cleaning cookies, restarting the phone and so on and so on. I will adjust my review later

Why doesn't it ask me to sign up after downloading the app? It only says, sign-in and then rejects me, cuz there's no option to sign up. Not great

Can't make calls easily. Have to click multiple times on the phone icon. Can't find notification/ reminder ringing type & it's volume anyware. Hence have to check the screen all the time.
