I was advised of a low balance via email. I paid it. A few minutes later I received another notification that my acct was disabled due to a negative balance, which now shows - $40!! Before the company switch, the balances were updated timely. Now I'm paranoid that my acct isn't actually in good standing since the notifications are made sooo late. I disabled auto reload of payments because I would get notices that auto reload was made like three times in a row. very disappointing.

Update: So after all the app was not the problem. One of the owners of the company, Glenn reached out to me and explained what was going on. I appreciate that he took the time to email me. 🙏🏽🙂 I changed my rating to a 5 from a 2. -------------‐---------------------- App was great at first. It use to notify me right away when I pass a toll. Now it tells me like 2 or 3 days later. And then it gets disabled because it does not update quick enough.

When I first got the app it was working fine. However for the past few months I have been unable to update my new credit card info or get the app to function how it is supposed to. It has been rather annoying and aggravating as I need to update my auto reload and it won't let me. I have tried multiple cards and multiple different mobile devices. None of them have worked as Bancpass is always unable to complete the update. Please get this fixed as I cant use it and kind of need to to go on toll ways. I have changed my review. However, I was only able to update into on my account through the app by using the 8th or 9th phone. The previous ones including my current phone I was unable to use. I dont write reviews often unless they are really bad or have changed dramatically. As previously stated I didnt have issues with the app until a few months ago. The issue is I shouldnt have to try multiple phones to update my card information. Thanks for the reply but that issue needs to be resolved.

Seriously amazing app!! Let's you control how much you put toward going through EZ Tag (Houston's Electronic System) on Toll Roads. Only suggestion I have is the ability to set a notification that your account gets down to a certain minimum. As of now it only notifies you if you've been disabled... Yikes.

I installes toll sticker this on my windscreen as advised 2 weeks ago and i have since used the epass lane several times. However, I have not received 1 notification of a charge on the sticker This is making very nervous. Even though your customer service people say there is sometimes a delay in bill charges, 2 weeks is a long time. Sadly, there's no way to even confirm that the toll sticker is working properly because I haven't seen a single charge.

Posting Tolls takes too long. It has been two weeks and my tolls still havent posted so i have no idea how much is on my card. I get that you're trying to work with the toll companies for records, but honestly its not worth the $40 to buy the tag and reload the card if i cant check how much money ive spent on tolls. It's the whole reason I got the app/toll card in the first place. I'd like this a lot more if the posting time was shorter. Everything else about it is a cool. Two stars for now.

The app works great... I got it because I thought it was the same as Peachpass and had the same benefits... I loaded it with $50 prior to leaving and driving to Miami (wanted to save funds going down the turnpike) but I got a notification that it only took funds from Stockbridge down to Tanger which was only $4... so now I have funds that's I'm not really gonna use...

I love the app I love the idea of being able to use my credit card to add I love the idea of bank pass lets me know if my account's low problem I have two accounts I just added a third to it you pay $40 and get $15 in tolls and then when you register you're plate get a $5 bonus in free tolls I never received this I just purchased yesterday I went back I never received it for the first two either both have the same sticker on the pack I'm just wondering what I did wrong since? Thank you very much
