It is great that you can signup for rewards and discounts, but those discounts don't do you any good when you are sitting at the station waiting for the app to start. It is like the Windows spinning wheel of death waiting for this app to open up. It doesn't matter if I am at full bars for 5G or I am on their wifi, it just won't open up. I have resorted to taking a screenshot of my bar code/membership number and using that since the app never opens up at the station.

I can't speak to the contents of this app because it won't load. It let me in enough to create an account, but when I responded to the email it sent me, it wouldn't let me set up my password. Finally, after 5 or 6 tries, I was able to set my password, but now it won't load the app after logging in. This isn't just once or twice either. I've tried using it close to a dozen times on different occasions and it doesn't work

Constant issues. Sometimes the app doesnt load anything, forgets I was logged in, shows offers that I can't save - they just become "un-saved" in a few seconds after saving them, offers don't work sometimes even if they saved, shower and parking reservations don't not work time to time, and few times it didn't show that the pilot has amenities unavailable due to construction or failures.

No way this app has a 4.7 rating. Bots working overtime. This has to be the worst app ever in the history of apps. Shower reservation never works and don't get me started on parking reservations and on top of all that, the app makes it seem like your card is declining or you're entering the wrong info. I was on the phone with my bank for an hr trying to figure out why my card kept declining. I hate this app

If you're a trucker trying to reserve a spot, don't bother using this app or their website. It is almost completely useless. You can only book the night of and only for one night. You cannot reserve a space in advanced and you cannot reserve for a 34-hour reset or longer. They'll literally losing my business because of these reasons, which is why I tend to prefer TAs or Petros. They really need to fix this and it's been years yet they haven't. I'm updating this to show my displeasure at that

Well. I just updated the app in the Play Store and now it keeps kicking me out. As soon as I log in, within a few seconds it's telling me my my session has timed out and wants me to log back in🤦♂️. This app has already been giving me problems with the reserve Parking section before the update. Now I can't even stay logged in after the update. This app keeps getting worse instead of better.

Not using this app any more. The mobile fueling ain't always working. The login server always kick me out every 2 minutes (says your season has been expired) I tried to login back in, says something went wrong. I tried to reload the app says loading... keep loading..so I pinged Google. I got 40ms to 70ms which means my internet is fine. So I Uninstalled the app installed the app again..same thing happened..this is 3rd time happened to me this month. I am not going to waste my time any more.

i give it two stars because other than these two it was working fine for me. 1- I had a issue on adding a fuel card. i did verify the the prevous driver deleted this card before trying to add mine. I kept getting a "please try again message". luckily after like 5 days it magically decided to work. i give it the benefit of the doubt though. maybe it takes a while for it to go through the system. 2- 12/20/24 Flying J randomly kicks me out and the forgot password isnt sending me a email. ISSUE
