What's New

We've been hard at work behind the scenes, so that all you have to worry about while using our app is building a stellar fine wine collection. In our latest update, we have fixed a number of bugs across the app, including several related to editing bids. Now, you can edit only the case quantity on an existing bid, without having to change the value. This ensures the value of an existing bid is always pre-populated when you edit it.

Latest update broke the app. It keeps saying to update to the latest version, despite being the latest.

The old app got terrible reviews but since I have the new version it's quite good. Does what I need it to. Having used for a while now I'm enjoying the app. My one key improvement is on the bids received page....although nice to see all the wines I've had bids received on it's not clear which ones have active bids not yet declined or accepted. I obviously get the notification but I think it needs to be more obvious which ones are active and need action rather than checking each one.

Has not been updated in ages. Fails to fetch new purchases and just returns some strange error message. Maintenance team doesnt respond to emails sent at them. If possible avoid. Im so annoyed about their poor Android customer service, Im considering maybe even switching to Farr or Corney...! (If they fixed the app, and responded to messages the app would receive 4 or 4+ stars)

I've been a Berrys customer for over 20 years. I love the company, their products, their knowledgeable and friendly staff and the excellent service they provide. I HATE this pathetic app! It does not work! It should be great but it isn't. I'm an Android (Samsung) user and it was such a long time before BBR realised that most of the world does not use iPhone and that Android is not some minor niche market. Last year, finally, I discovered the Berrys Android app. It looked great, at first. The problem is, as soon as you actually try to use it, it freezes. I tried it in November, it froze. I tried it in January, it froze. On 17th Jan I emailed the software developer, pleeding for them to fix this. Did I get a reply or any acknowledgement? Obviously not.... I've just tried the app again - It still freezes. It is unusable! This is not going to encourage anyone to start buying from BBR. You are not properly communicating with us, your customers. BBR, we expect and deserve better from you.

Just updated the app and yet it tells me I need to update the app but playstore says it is updated.

The app was great but over the last month or so it has frozen after logging in- showing just a rotating brown circle and the menu across the bottom (although none of the buttons work). So, useless right now.

For those struggling with cellar updates, try clearing the app cache and data then restarting. Seems to do the trick.

Having previously given 1 star because the app just did not work on Android, I got a reply saying it's been updated... Now works well. Thanks :)
