I entered my entire order. when I went to check out it said I had to update my app.. updated and then had to start over. I've never seen an app that was so poorly designed that it didn't have me update up front.

charges you extra on top of your order. the only difference between the app and the restaurants websites is the extra added fees from ordering through the app. save yourself money and order through the restaurants website.

I used to love this app and then the fees grew astronomically. I would start an order look at the cart to see if I had reached the threshold and see that 2 items that totalled $16 would be costing me an up charge of an additional $7. Then when I had been set to finish my order something that would cost at most $30 was now close to $46 with the tacked on fees this is insane and the app should be upfront with those fees.

first time using this app. HORRIBLE. driver took our food. didn't contact us at all. Called customer service to contact the driver. After it was marked "delivered" they didn't even bother to check the included picture of the food in the car instead of at a doorstep. I had to call AGAIN, and the best they could do is refund me my money or have me pick up the food. No discount, No credit, just wait longer or kick rocks. I don't blame the cs rep for this but I do think they need transparency.

Menu between two restaurants was mixed up, so when I called the restaurant listed on my order (in the app), they didn't have it, but told me this other restaurant did. The restaurants connected and got me my order. They went above and beyond to connect when they didn't have to. I'll order directly and avoid the app if at all possible from now on.

Easy to use, easy to order, lots of great restaurant choices, and the ability to pay with PayPal makes it super quick to check out. I also love the fact that you can put a comment on each item of the order. But more than anything, every time I place an order I get a call from Illinois asking me to verify that it was me that made the purchase. (we recently moved and some addresses didn't match) I LOVE this app, and the proactivity that they've taken to protect my identity. Thanks!

Zero customer support. My credit cards stopped working in-app. They worked elsewhere, but not here. I called multiple times to resolve the issue and they were no help. I tried re-entering my card and address info. On the last call, without offering any possible solutions the representative said "just sign up with a different email on a new account and see if that works." I deleted my account. The error was on THEIR end and they wanted me to create a second acount without even trying to fix it.
