Hasn't been working properly for airport pickups for MONTHS. (treats airport pickups like standard pickups, and doesn't show the scheduled & actual flight ETAs like it's supposed to) Update: I did as you suggested - I emailed partner support. The response I received was an insult to my intelligence. I'm downgrading you to one star. Please stop wasting my time. Update: STILL WAITING for support to simply acknowledge that they have forwarded my reports & screenshots for investigation! Incredible.

They are horrible company to work with . Take your fare off after completion of the job as they please! If don't breath the way they want they charge you penalty! Also, do not hold operator license on cities they operating.

Please fix the notifications. If I have selected business class..do not send any notifications for other jobs such as suv or electric or first.

Worst application for drivers, want to give a vip service but don't want to pay for the tolls , the emergency service is worst , minimum 30 minutes for any reason, and then don't get payed for the service and waiting ,can't cancel the ride in 6 hours , 30 minutes minimum call for customer not show. They don't respect the driver's time and the service he give

The application works perfectly fine, but it would be great if the notification for on demand bookings can have a longer ring tone instead of a 1-second tone. It's very easy to miss a booking due to that.

Its always good in the beginning and I love it in good times but where is more drivers there is bigger appetite for jobs and every body will bid job at its lowest which is 55% off the original price. Just imagine how much money they making because you are afraid to not do any jobs at all and you decide to take anything. Its perfect for people on top of chain. They are cheaper than local taxis but for customer they are in High end. People with brain of the monkey will work for them.Modern slavery

Net fare for chauffeur driver is far worse than a local mincab fare for business class Jobs and the app may give jobs with unrealistic ETA for pickup and when drivers cancel it Blacklane will penalise with fines and take most of the money earned, I earned £351 and lost £210 on fines in 3 cancellations, I won't recommend anyone to work with this company, period.
