Terrible customer support. They are rude, unresponsive, and dismissive. Instead of actually reading messages, they send an automatic response and close the chat. No effort is made to address issues, leaving customers stranded with no clear answers. They simply don’t care about the trouble they cause. Still waiting for three outstanding invoices that haven’t been paid after over a month. Very disappointing experience.

App is great. We have restaurant in Croatia,but I have one problem.When i try to connect my personal tablet Honor pad x9 and install the app,then connect to bluetooth epson printer,the app can not see the printer Tablet is paired with printer) ,I also try with my mobile phone Honor magic v3 and everything is working great.Can you investigate what is going on?

We just bought a new tablet purposely for this app and we made sure to read carefuly all the requirement needed before buying but the app wont install because it keeps saying incompatible device even though Android version required is 6.0 and up to 133mb and we bought a version 8.1 with 4GB ram it still won't run. Please if possible please make this app compatible for all tablets so we can all benefit thank you. 🙏🙏🙏

The app doesn't run in background and it always goes offline thereby causing unnecessary calls from your company. The calls are really annoying and disturbing pls fix this asap as it was t like this. I haven't gotten any other for some weeks now. If this persist I will have to uninstall your app.

The app is not user friendly and relies alot on human intervention. The app should be able to run in the background on its own without the user needing to turn it on daily. The app should also show the prices and allow restaurant owners to update prices. The Nigerian Market is very unstable now and prices change without prior notice.

The app keeps logging off. I've all I was asked to do from the office yet no change. I just got a new logging details and still logs off. Please and please fix it as its affecting business. It wasn't like this before, perhaps an update caused it.

This is a horrible app. Keeps crashing all the time, so you think your restaurant is online but in reality it is very much not. I firmly believe the company wants you to rent a device from them to use this app on, that's why this version is so ridiculously bad.

Cheats! I am advising all food vendors not to register on bolt restaurant app. They're not honest at all. They will take greater percentage of your total sales. That's what they did to my mom...she made sales of gh670.00 and and they sent her only gh408.00. We requested for our statement and till now they've not sent it. Don't register with them
