I was hoping this would replace the desktop client but it does not. First, because I do not get notifications of chat sessions coming in -- no matter what I change in the settings, no sound is given for new sessions. Second, I cannot find an option to chat back when I pick up the session. This app needs a lot of improvements.

There's about a 6% chance that your endless problems with m3t machines can be solved using this app, a 44% chance you'll need to get to your computer since this app on phones almost never responds to commands like F10, that SHOULD bring up login screens but never do, and a 50% chance you're making a trip in the middle of the night because that's when these machines fail, every single night between 10p-2a, no days off. You'll never sleep again. Quit and get a real, decent job. Live better

it used to work fine but now i have ti double click on my phone screen for anything to work. also used to be able to hold down on the screen to see where the mouse was . that doest work anymore either. please go back to the previous version this new one has many bugs

glad to see that tap/click issue is fixed. Now my phone will not close sessions properly and ends up leaving the app in a state where it thinks i am still connected and leaves the screen awake and i have to force close app to get out of it.

Its just meh. The service itself is amazing but the android app is just meh. No terminal access, no file access, hold and drag doesn't work, ect. It seems like they poured their heart and soul into the service which even has an amazing app on linux but they left the android version out to dry

Since we updated our appliance unable to login through the App. Loved it before we did the update but will not work. Any helpnwould be great. Not sure what happen but Application started working finally andni didnt see an update.

Cannot use anymore. Did system update for Android, security update 7 and now Bomgar just crashes. I really hope they can fix soon. Fixed next day. Good response from Bomgar and I'm working again.

There is an issue with the single click on the mobile app for all of our users, they are reporting to me that they are facing problems with the single click and it's difficult to use, please fix ASAP.
