See the real-time location of your child’s school bus based on your customized Alert Zone. Receive push notification alerts when the bus is approaching an Alert Zones and when bus arrives or departs from the school.

Through the BusZone application, districts / transportation operators can send messages to parents regarding substitutions, delays, closures, etc.

This is the worst Bus app the Boise schools have used. It is inaccurate and every time it refreshes, it zooms out to show the entire city so you have to manually zoom back in to see where it is at. If you don't have it refresh very quickly, it is off by nearly a mile. Half the time the wrong bus is showing on the app so you have no idea when it may arrive. They have used 3 apps now and they progressively get worse. Something like this needs to be accurate and convenient. This is a fail.

this app never works. sends notifications every once in a while. bus will be sitting at my home and no where on the app. the Durham app was so much better.. edit: the day after I posted this review I get at least 3 notifications in 3 minutes at 6:30 in the morning. it's like it's a big fu for giving a bad review. the 2nd bus has 2 routes that go through the zone and I get notifications for both.

This app is nearly useless. Over half of the days, it does not show my tracked bus at all. Some days it will randomly track an entirely different bus in a different city for a different school district. Most days I get no notification for my alert zone, but when I do get a notification, it's about 20 minutes AFTER the bus has already left that location. On the days that I receive my notifications when the bus departs school in the afternoon, I will get 5 simultaneous notifications.

The district just switched to this app. After one day, here are my observations. I had to move the zone to something that didn't intersect two major roads because it was very spammy. I wish you could resize your zone. Could really use a more distinctive default notification sound. I changed the sound for when the bus enters the zone, but sometimes it still uses system default. The zoom level is way too tight every time the bus moves, it zooms in, have to resize every time. Annoying.

If zero was a choice, this app would get it. This is hands down the worst app I have ever used!! It's worthless! It doesn't show the location of your child's bus like the previous app they used in fifth grade. I have to use life 360 to know if he's been picked up or not! Please work on this app. Whoever created it , because what's the sense if we can not locate the buses our children ride? Thank you!

This app doesn't do anything its designed to do. It's doesn't track the bus and the alerts are not working in real time. My neighbors have this app and we will be at a bus stop and 1 of us it's working but the rest it isn't. I'm near high speed wifi and nothing. Also I get alerts like an hour later and last week I got a test message 8 times. This app is a joke.

We are supposed to set a zone based off of an address. Then set the zone radius. The problem is the bus takes 2 routes and we can only set one location up. I need notified when the bus the bus is within a reasonable time from the stop. If the app doesn't let me know when it's time to leave then it's usless. The point for the app or so our bus service claimed, was to reduce the time children are waiting. 10 min early plus 10 min to walk there. The bus can be 20min late so altogether 40min

The app never worked. It doesn't show real-time location and never lets you know when it's close to the zone. Customer service never answers. A waste of phone space. I wish the bus would go back to the app they used previously. This one sucks
