Bought pro and now have adds because the app became subscription based. That's bs and the developer knows this. It wouldn't be so bad if the app didn't become completely unusable without the subscription. This is not a free app with a subscription option. It's a subscription only app. The link to the (old) free version for old user (promised in the app) is nowhere to be found.

I used to describe this app as the best reminders app ever. I paid to buy the "pro" version and have been very happy using it for many years. Until now, when it started showing ads and asking for a subscription every time I dismiss or snooze a notification. Why do I need to pay again if I already purchased it before?! This is just ridiculous! Author did warn about no further updates for the app, which is fine. Just let us use the app we paid for and create a separate one for subscriptions.

Used the paid version for a few years now, has never let me down. Update: Having paid for a lifetime licence (to avoid adverts), BZ have sadly moved on to a yearly subscription model. Now each time I acknowledge a reminder, I get a BZ pop up to upgrade to the PRO version. That's just another add I can do without. Looking for a replacement.

Useful app. I bought what was meant to be the "lifetime license" not so long ago. Now it's revoked because the maintenance ended up being too costly. I get that, and believe that it can be. But, the way this contract was broken is not appropriate. I got no notice, just started seeing the ads. Well, fortunately the choice of similar apps is large.

I had previously rated this app 5 stars as it did everything I needed, however after using it for several years the developer now seems to have added video ads that play every single time you complete or snooze a task. As a side effect of this, I also can't snooze multiple reminders with one click anymore. I understand that people need to make a living and would have been okay with some ads if they were less often or much less annoying, but as it is I will have to look for a new reminder app.

Pretty good reminder app that doesn't massively overcharge you with a ridiculous subscription cost. My only issue so far is that I paid for the premium version in order to have my reminders sound as alarms not notifications, but they still make no sound if my phone is on silent. The reminder still pops up, but no sound. Edit : Now it's switched to a subscription model, and the link to the previous version won't install, as it is an invalid apk...

Paid for & used this app successfully for years - then for the past 6 mos constantly seeing 'license verification failed" error message. Now seeing constant banner ads & a video ad after each time an alarm sounds, which is ridiculous. I paid for LIFETIIME of NO ADS years ago. Now I'm getting ads and ad videos with no way to opt out. I'm not paying twice.

I used to love this app, so I paid for the professional version that was supposed to be a one-time purchase. As many paid users are complaining, now I am being requested to buy a year subscription, and I am getting video ads each time that I snooze an alarm. This is extremely inconvenient and I cannot use it like this. I find dishonest that they decided to charge again to users that already paid for a permanent professional version.
