This app is fabulous! Perhaps a touch slow to load, but well worth the wait. It is easy to navigate and accomplish all your conference needs. The exhibitor map was very helpful and having access to the slide shows made taking notes a breeze. I cannot wait to see what awaits for the next conference and I hope more entities learn to use this awesome tool.

Very laggy. Press a button and it could honestly take up to ten minutes for it to load. I used this for the 2019 EMS world expo and I understand it had a high volume of users at one time but it would have been nice to get the surveys done quicker.

Android phone: This app is great, it was helpful to have the bios of the presenters. I loved that I could download the presentations. I haven't figured out how to get those presentations on to my computer yet, any ideas? Update: The solution worked great!! Thanks!

Crashed a lot during conference this weekend. Now not able to access the slides I want to download to keep with valuable notes. Display message is that app has bug that needs update to fix. Please update soon

Poor app. Laggy and buggy. It won't even let me download my course completion certificates. I have to end up doing it through the web page. And they never uploaded the map of the expo hall.

Was attending EMS World Expo and the app was working well until sometime after 1:30 pm 10/8/2021. I went to enter one more class that completes at 2:45 and the app continually crashes. Unable to obtain CEU credits.
