The only negative I have about this app, I tried paying with an e-check first, and apparently I had one number off. It doesn't tell you that your account number is off before submitting your payment, so I didn't understand why my payment was reversed. I tried again, and the same thing happened. I called after the second time, and a customer service rep told me what was happening. Now, I can't pay with an e-check anymore due to me trying to submit a payment twice with the wrong account number.

The best way to keep up with your bill. And it's the easiest way to pay especially when you ain't got no way for transportation and no vehicle to go places. Love the app y'all should try it. It's the best. And I give the app thumbs up .
