At least I can pay the bill but the whole point to have a app to me to hopefully fulfill what used to be.. Just by looking at the old meter I knew how many kilowatts being drawn instantly. On the app they only give you history its not live and since they replaced ours with digital meters theres been alot of high bills

There's a nice convenience factor with this app. That was until making a payment stopped working. After you click on the card to make the payment, to process, that's where it just spins forever. This has been going on now for at least a month. Now I have to go on to the computer to pay my bill which works fine.

Might be a OK app but I can never login. Password requirements is worst than most banks and it doesn't save my login information. Don't wanna have to do a password reset every time I want to use the app. Redicuous password security.

Forgot my password, and app wants billing acct # to reset it, but it doesn't recognize my acct number. I checked and rechecked that the number is exactly as shown on my bill, but it would never let me reset the password. Very frustrating!

For the most part I get to see how much my bill is before I get in in the mail. And u can see how much each day of electricity is that we have used. But one issue that I'm haveing now is I can't see how much electricity we are using it don't show now please fix this issue it just started doing thjs.

Updaye: App stopped allowing me access, I was forced to uninstall and have been attempting to reinstall for 3 days! What's up REC? Have had great success with paying my Bill's online and very user friendly.
