Very bad experience with this application. As a UX Designer, it's very frustrating to see what I have gone through. They logged me out and now I'm unable to login into my account. When I enter my phone number they say it's not into the system and when i sign up, they say user exists. I mailed them & it feels like CEO is handling everything. They asked my institute ID , why do you need them? I gave them and now they are telling to send an email through institute Mail. It's so frustrating :(

Stuck with an item because of some Issue. I scanned a container, confirmed it at the cash, and when I came to return it, it behaved as if I was borrowing a second container.

Does not give the first cup free automatically. I returned a cup and it does not appear in the history as returned.
