HOW IT WORKS:

1. In order to start taking payments through SwipeSimple, you must have a SwipeSimple account. If you don't already, sign up for a SwipeSimple account through a verified Reseller. Resellers can be found here: (https://cardflight.com/resources/customers-and-partners/)
2. Download the SwipeSimple app.
3. Connect to your device to you reader. If you have a Bluetooth reader, connect via the SwipeSimple app, not your phone settings .
4. Take your first transaction.

It works as expected. It would be nice to be able to edit the order in which items are shown. Just a simple hold and drag option to reorder the items I have listed in the app. A recent update has removed my ability to edit a customer's information so I can no longer add their names or emails. This feature still works on my partner's iPhone so not sure why it was disabled on Android but this feature was key for me to capture my customer's information.

merchantone: the app does not work, I wasted about 10 days going through all the financial stuff and negotiations, after all that, tried to install the this app, but it did nothing, just a frozen blank screen . after 2 days on the phone with useless tech support, I canceled the account, all they say is to reboot the phone and uninstall and re-install the app , they are super incompetent. This is app is not ready for prime time, they need to hire some sharp , smart IT guys.

This USED to be a good app. No longer; the recent version makes you stop in the middle of EVERY transaction to have to select a hard wired card reader. What's worse, the Swift B200 Bluetooth reader simply will not work with this app. It never gives an option to read a chip, only swipe it. My card provider has sent me two different known good readers, and neither will read a chip on an Android, an iPhone or an Android tablet. If you can use something else, do so. This is is garbage.

The app is good, not great. I've been using them a long time and I know about all the other business credit card merchant services. They all need to improve their swipe machines and the applications that they use with them as well. For the fee's that all of them are charging us business owners, it's ridiculous that they don't have better equipment and applications and customer service for us. I'll just leave it at that!

I love the size and portability, but my tapping doesn't work real good and it has had some problems with connectivity at times, I'm going to see if I can get a better one, I know the device I have is entry level, but I think at entry level where every penny counts, it should be flawless to ensure that you can account for every penny? I have had to turn away card users because the reader wasn't working it would keep saying there were issues, and I lost business. I love the service

I have to say it's the worst on the market. I've had nothing but issues with it and still unable to process any cards. When I called for help, I got a recording saying they were closed. When I finally got passed that and managed to get a technical support number, I got another recording that said: Due to high call volume all of our agents are busy helping others... and about one hour later I get the "agent" only to be hung up on! IT ONLY WORKS WHEN IT WANTS, NOT WHEN I WANT TO USE IT!

Now Jan 2019, my Note 9 I can't use the card reader to just swipe. I had to manually key everything in. It just keeps giving me problems. First the chip on the reader will not work. Now everytime, I want to update info or make a transaction, I have to close out app for it to update. Also, it's missing any names after the letter T. It just disappeared

Has potential, but VERY featureless. I can't belive major card processors rely in this app and company for vendors to be able to process payment "on the go". Biggest issue for me is no split payment option...I get customers all the time that want to pay part credit, part cash, and this app does not do it. Also, reader must be reconnected EVERY transaction, even when you just did a transaction 30 seconds before....VERY frustrating..looking for another card merchant provider solely based on this.
