I'm getting messages that this app has to always be connected, yet I have specific download content to watch when away, I can't watch at my destination as it is geolocked. I now have downloads that can't be watched. It would also be helpful if you could choose the save location such as an SD card. The content itself has improved in recent months, the app is just painful to use.

stopped working with HD content for chromecast. it wants to start the content but then is just busy. i reinstalled everything, restarted everything, tried it with 2 phones. every app can stream (that is why i assume it is not the device), except my paramount plus app. (otherwise ok, but makes it unusable) edit: support is not very helpful. terrible experience.

This rating is purely the app, not the content! It is impossible to continue where left off. In both, movies and series. In series it's even worse. What I expect for both is, if I leave let's say at 30min, I want to continue there instead of the beginning. In series, I expect this + to continue the season+episode I was in. Neither works. This is the worst app I used so far when it comes to paid entertainment.

Worst streaming app I've ever used. Video will often play with no sound, on the rare occasion the stars align and the app lets me log in. Haven't been able to use it on my tablet for weeks now. Tried all the fixes recommended - force stop, redownload the app, clear cache, update software, blah blah blah. None of it works. I tried downloading the app to my phone instead, only to get the silent playback issue again. Beyond useless. Time to cancel and refund

The app does not work... I unisalled it twice and still shows the same error message "we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties". Watching on my LG TV and it is buffering 5sec every 2-3 minutes which is horrendous! None of the other streaming apps do (Netflix, Disney, AppleTV, Prime). I will power through Halo and get rid of it if they don't sort their problem.

Can't cancel my subscription after having to look up how to do it. It should be easier than this to cancel a subscription. The platform should be much more user friendly than this or are they trying to steal your money?? I also only got the subscription because they were advertising they had lots of series of Survivor. Which I only discovered wasn't the case after paying. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's just trying to steal your hard earned money. AVOID!

I don't think that the app is super bad in itself but when comparing it to other streaming apps, it doesn't stand a chance for multiple reasons which I would really like to list here and explain in an understandable way, but I can't due to the character limit... So, in short: 1. Technical: - Something bugging overlay - Bad navigation when you want to watch episodes you already watched - Bad placement of "continue watching" and others Personal: - Many episodes missing - No large pool of series

This app does not work well. It crashes all of the time and, I constantly get an error message saying that the app "isn't responding" and forces me to close it. Normally I can get it to work after a couple of times, but recently I can't get it to work at all. I have tried restarting the app over 20 times and have restarted my phone. This seems very unacceptable for a paid subscription app which I have been unable to use for over a day now. Very unimpressed.
