pure loot, they dont show the amount on their app and didn't provide the bill i don't say that their price is high or anything else but why are you hinding the price and why you can't give us the bill, why should i go to the bill counter if there is your app??? i cant see the size off coffee, i can't see the price, and the taste was yaaakkkk..... i wasted my 1 hour at your outlet, i pay for the bad experience i will give 0 star for their service poor experience at agartala ml plaza CCD thanks

No otp generated even after multiple attempts. Later, after an hour or so OTPs started getting generated back to back, but when I tried to login to the app using the OTPs, none of them worked. Later, my account got blocked saying that multiple OTP attempts were made. This was two days back, and my account is still blocked. No way to reach customer care through mail or call(waited five minutes for call to get transferred to customer care executive, but it never happened). Extremely flawed app.

They force you to download the app before they altake your order. Interestingly, they are not updated with the available item, so ultimately you need to order items in offline mode...Very Funny and Time Wasting Service you can face in any store.

Non-User Friendly App.. The Barista and Customers are both extremely agitated and helpless by this new mandatory step to place order.. Time to completely skip CCD and opt for tastier and easier options..

Horrible experience, first of all you have to download app and then the price is too much, i ordered hazelnut coffee and nothing of it tastes like hazelnut at all, they the put the coffee in a mixer and served me, and then staff is bad. I must say read feedback before downloading the app, i even vote for shutting this unit up.

I was forced to download the app when I'm not even staying in the country any more or will not have access to the ph number. The app says it is rewards but it is mandatory to download? Wasn't allowed to place order until I downloaded app. Seriously inconvenient.

I was forced to download the app. There is no use of downloading the app . The app keeps giving issues of invalid account. Pls fix your app before tracking the downloads(forced usage)

Staff refused to give me the order unless I downloaded the app . First of all the customers are less.. over that you force customer to download an app just to get coffee from counter shows the exact reason why your marketing is down. I was a loyal customer till now.. not anymore.
