NO ONE AT CERTIFY IS LISTENING OR CARES! It's been over a year and this app still doesn't work on a Pixel 8 Pro. Great customer servcie Certify! This is the WORST app for expenses on the Play Store. I've sent numerous emails and have had zero response. They do not care about their users.

This app is terrible. For a company dependent on mobile scenarios, it feels like Certify has a budget of $100 / year. It has started to fail to upload when taking a picture of a receipt! For months. Still not fixed. Core usecase? It also has no idea what country I'm in, so currency is never right. Applies tax when it shouldn't. Doesn't integrate with a people directory or calendar. Almost never updates with new features. Think of something written 8 years ago, and this is it.

It works. But it's poorly designed. There are receipts, expenses, a wallet, and expense reports. It's extremely confusing. If I add a receipt, it becomes an expense. I can't figure if I should create expenses and then add pictures/receipts later or if I should start with receipts. It tells me it added two receipts to my expense report and zero expenses, but then the expense report shows 2 expenses with receipts. HUH? When I want to take a picture of a receipt, why should I have to manually choose the resolution of the photo (each time) from a menu of 4 different resolutions. It's not 1990. Just take the picture. You decide. It's not the worst system I've used (oracle expenses). But it's far from the best (Concur).

Update 6/2022. App stopped working, doesn't even open up anymore despite trying everything that was suggested. Customer service promised resolution multiple times, but it is not happening and communication has stopped. 6 weeks and waiting. Update: pretty stable now, and useful app. Initial review: Sub par!!! Started out ok, but now it crashes multiple times per session. Have to redo entries over and over again. Sub par app. Better off taping receipts to a sheet and faxing them to corporate.

It's pretty bad and barely works. I'm able to add expenses partially but when I try to add a destination it won't accept a search. I get a list of places starting with Afghanistan and ending at Djibouti. Cannot search for states or scroll to states beyond D... I'm able to finish the expense by going to the website on my computer but that sucks too. I cannot initiate an expense from the website. So every expense has to start from the app and be corrected and finished on my computer.

At times my receipt would not be in the correct place or attach itself to the correct expense. I have to retake a picture and resubmit an expense. Now, the app won't even open... tried resetting, un installing, everything I can think of and it wont open up. Very frustrating on top of a frustrating process already.

Keeps crashing absolute trash. This is hands down the worst expense app I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. Every time I go to add the reciept after taking a photo of it, it just crashes and send me back to the login screen. I had to try 9 times to add one Reciept. The devs of this app should be ashamed of themselves.

The app itself won't even load whenever you try to open it. I've done everything from uninstall and reinstall making sure everything's updated so it's not my phone the app just doesn't work anymore. There was a time when it did work and it was not bad but it was always clunky and not intuitive.
