It was better before... Now no more useful.. previously I was getting cashbacks in wallet and good offers were on app, so it was useful to use this app but now discounts are less and also the cashback is no more there, as a result ordering from Swiggy/Zomato is more profitable now. Now time to uninstall the app.

The new version design layout. Automatically page didn't come to payment option after I selected the item and it went to cart. You can't expect customer to learn your app design.

Very simple app and easy to use. The menu navigation and payment works well. The order tracking could be improved as it is not updated on real time basis. I used this app both in Kolkata and Bangalore. Worked well in both cities. Also, they have dedicated delivery persons, which could be a bottleneck during rush hours.

They didnt send the food till i had to call them up personally though it was a pre paid order. I tried to contact their chat option no reply from that side too.

Food is too good..but try to keep delivery partners....if not then there is no purpose for delivery option in this app

They deliver spoilt burnt food. It's a completely disgusting service. I'd suggest you mix some flour and toilet water and throw in some boiled chicken. I can guarantee that it'll taste better than the garbage this app delivers. If there was an option to rate an app 0 start, I would have.

Below are the details of the order and the issues I encountered: Order Number: 798416 Order Time: 9:27 PM Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations for the following reasons: Delayed Delivery: The estimated delivery time was 50 minutes, but I did not receive the food until 11 PM. As a result, the food was cold and unpleasant to eat. Incorrect Order: I ordered Chicken Fried Rice
