Charging for sms notifications now is a terrible awful change, because using the alternative is the app for bookings. Why is this an issue? Because you'll often get the notification but the app will be logged out forcing you to log back in and waste precious time trying to accept the job. Great job monetizing the one feature that works! 👎

the app.shows push notification as No permission and it won't allow that feature to be turn on...perhaps as l am getting SMS casual offers... but my preference is to BOTH. that is via sms AND app. push notifications.

The most unreliable app I've ever used. Good when it's working, but it logs you out randomly and this makes it impossible to reply to a job notification quickly, resulting in missed work opportunities. Users depend on it to secure work, but it is unreliable and inconsistent, which leads to a great deal of stress and frustration. Even with constant uninstalling and reinstalling of the app (as we are told to do to make sure we are using the newest version), it is still unreliable. Needs reworking.

I am not very happy with the new app. I have an android phone and can only get the version 1.9. Where is 2.0? I cannot remove my old bookings like I used to. The calendar was a lot clearer with the other version. The lines are too small. I am very sick of having to put in y or n with numbers and letters. Why can't we have the decline and accept button only? This was a much faster way to get booked. I miss a number of SMS as I am not fast enough. Luckily schools have been ringing me or texting personally. As someone said to me recently "If it aint broke, don't fix it". Very frustrated with it. The only good thing is now I can see my profile. But that did not bother me whether I did or not and more information once booked.

The app worked well the first 2 years. However, recently I've experienced some issues, i.e: Not receiving notification on the pending Accept or Decline or by SMS; It also seems that the posting of school requests, at times, are overdue as clicking straight away "Accept" the position appears as expired. I'm not sure if this is related to the 2023/2024 updates or the device I'm using_Pixel 6_ (which works like an Android). Is this the case? I'd like to know!

It's fine, but unless you're watching your phone like a hawk there's no audible alarm option to tell you of a booking offer. I've missed offers because I wasn't watching for the push notification and icon to show up. I also asked for an email to be sent each Sunday to remind me to update my availability, and I've never received one (I signed up in October 2023 and it's not March '24!). Please fix the option for notifications so you can select a bell, tone or other audible alert.

Improved functionality and performance. It's good that we can see all schools in our list, but it would be helpful if a contact number for each school is included as some schools report problems with bookings on their end. Also, a booked already option would be helpful to choose so that other schools know we are actually booked.
