App does not explain how it works, other competitors have massive scores through challenges where my account says none available. With no path to success I have no incentive to continue. Also no in app help/support function. I will not be using this platform for my gamification.

Awful UI. Its so slow and laggy that even when you have a strong network connectivity, the awfup app Makes you feel like you are in the year of 1995 when the smartphones were launched in India! Would have loved to rte it negative if I could!!
