Earlier the UI was bad, but the features used to work even if there were many glitches and manual refresh was required everytime. It was atleast usable. With your new update, the UI is far better but all we can see is a screen showing the message "There is no data available for this tab". What is the use of a great UI then? Think in a user's perspective please..

There should be option to back to just previous page. When we press back it always takes us to home page only. Very tedious if we are scrolling through a list of circulars. We have to spend lot of time searching for the required circular. Also categorizing circulars would be easier to locate if the subject of circulars is not clearly published.

This app has been badly developed. The attachments don't open in a single open click. The first click will redirect to some random web page which is not related to the app. The attachment only opens in a second click. Secondly, things don't get refreshed. One needs to logout and login back. Not sure why schools are paying hefty fee for this app if the quality of the app is so bad.

A Google user

The app lags behind in many ways. Posting a new dairy note from phone timesout, but the message is already posted. You will get to know this only after 2 or 3 mins after the post and you need to keep on refreshing page. Attachments to messages are a no-go in the App. We need to go the online web interface for it. Only few attachments are available thorough this app, in-spite of the phone capable of handling the attachments. Overall the app is just developed to brag that we too have an app. It is not serving the purpose. The experience of the app is unpleasant and awful.

Issue with content refreshing. Need to refresh manually all the time for any updates. Notifications needs to be implemented whenever there is a new post. We are missing most of the school communications due to the above problems.

Off late, my app says it needs update.When I say update, it says ok. When I open the app again, it says update. This has happened atleast 5-6 times. Is there some issue with the app? Also the app is pretty slow in terms of user interface. It wud be great if u cud improve user experience. Once it has improved, I wud like to change my ratings accordingly
