Clunky. Constantly have to go back to the homepage to do much. There should be a way to mark the upcoming events you are interested in so when you go back the next day to find them, they're easier to find when you want to sign up. After you pay for an event there should be a button to go back to the event so you can see the court numbers and the other people signed up rather than having to go back twice

Terrible! Doesn't allow Google to auto fill any fields - passwords, credit card info from Google Wallet, addresses. Blocks Google from the option to store your password. Has way too many notification settings to adjust (more than 15). The account menu isn't logical - the payment profile should be in billing. This is a bad user experience. Any business considering this app needs to look elsewhere because this is not good service.

This performs as if it were written specifically for the iPhone and maybe one or two tweaks were done for Android. It is the worst app I have used on Android in years! To get out of the app, whether logged in or not, you must reboot your phone. The few times I have gotten in, it has locked up more often than worked. It gives me a frozen mostly blank page with "Dashboard" at the top. This tells me absolutely no quality testing was done and no one cares (including Google) if this app even works.

This app was working fine (even if it was a little slow)...I'm not sure if it was the last update 3.0.3 but now the app fails to load. I just get a white screen. I've tried clearing out the cache and data and reinstalling several times. It just doesn't work. My phone is a Lg G4 with Android 6.0 Looks like I'll have to use the web browser until they fix it.

Terrible on Android. I had to make a new profile to see my membership with an organization. When I upgraded my membership, it gave me an error, then the app took away the option to see my membership or my family information, but of course it charged my credit card. But now I have limited access. This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. On their website, it says they can delete your account, but when you email them to do that, they say they don't have that option.

My local tennis center switched to this app two months ago and it's been one problem after another. I've yet to successfully make a single reservation. There are no buttons to reserve anything. Nobody seems to be able to help me so I'm on the verge of giving up on it and just showing up each day in hopes of getting a court. Really wish they would switch back to the old app.
